Pros
From someone who has been in the corporate world for over 15 years, you get used to companies pitching you about how good their culture is, only to find out it is not actually the case and more of a shell to the true underbelly of how the company operates. I can safely and thankfully say this is not the case with Morris-Jenkins. They truly practice what they preach and stand by their beliefs in the business. What impresses me the most is the people in the commercials are actual employees. There is no façade. A Monday at Morris-Jenkins isn't filled with the dread of a new work week, but rather an excitement for each person's upcoming duties. The people, management, culture, opportunities, and growth are all pros here.
I can truly say, for the first time in my experience, that I actually enjoy my job.
Cons
Only downside to this company I have found thus far is the insurance benefits for families are pretty pricey. Individual insurance benefits are really priced well.
