      Some team members were helpful and the job itself can be manageable at times

      Cons

      Management lacked organization and communication. There were situations where I was expected to perform tasks without proper setup or support, even after communicating scheduling changes in advance. I also experienced unprofessional behavior from a supervisor, which made the work environment uncomfortable. Overall, there was a lack of accountability and respect toward staff

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
