This company does a good job of training and providing support.

Cons

Morrison is about 10 years behind the current understanding of Healthcare and staff. They bring in managers and directors who have no experience in healthcare. This lack of experience has a negative effect on patients, visitors and staff. Their focus is on cafeterias and not on patients. Decisions are made that are not compatible with Healthcare, and so the patients are the ultimate losers. They tout their staff retention at 75% which in truth is a deplorable number. Losing 1/4 of your workforce every year has a negative impact on the business and employees.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance. No sick time off. Company only cares about their numbers to please stakeholders. You are merely a number in a spreadsheet.
