      Nothing is good about this company.

      This company is the worst. I wrote a review a few months ago about the company making me cancel my vacation. Now the company has made me cancel broadway tickets 6 times. The company owes me over $1000 in tickets. Additionally they hired back a former Staten Island director knowing he stole from the company.

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
