So sad for employees and Chicago - IT Department Morton Salt Employee Review

New owners are poor at managing company. They automatically assume legacy Morton employees are dumb and no input comes from them. There is no communication. Their attitude towards safety is a 180. They fired so many people and the workload is killing the people left. They actually come to Chicago office to visit and go to conference rooms and visit with only each other and avoid the employees.
