• Salary Delayed Sometimes. • No Bonus. • You have to fight for the Hike or No Salary Hike. • Worst Company Policies. • Management ask employees to upload 5star on glassdoor to maintain their rating. • Lack of Resources. • Job Profiles are not clear to Manager & HR. • No Proper Planning before starting any Project. • No Leadership. • Lack of Communication & Healthy Environment. • HR communicates moreover on WhatsApp rather than on mail to keep it safe from Serious communication. • No team building & training sessions. • No softwares. • No better devices for employees. • Lack of Communication between team & manager. • COLD-HEARTED MANAGMENT: Some employees found COVID positive, instead of giving them leave or mental support, they asked to work, otherwise they would face cut in wages.
