The company isn’t operationally aligned and the service offerings are somewhat false or far fetched of what they can do.
There is no career path or way to grow your skills.
Culture use to be great but COVID has changed it but the company still requires employees to be in the office and participate in group activities, social gatherings, conference room meetings etc. They want you to be hush hush in regard to COVID in general.
Very strict in-office rules, no work from home. The expectation is to respond to your clients and emails before and after office hours and weekends but no flexibility for the employee after they’ve put their customers, clients, contractors first.
The management has gone downhill in regard to the culture and people who make everyday operations happen.
The company is poorly resourced to meet client demand or everyday optional activities.
They claim to have unlimited PTO but don’t like to let you off when needed or feeling burnt out.
