Pros
Managers work with you schedule, most people are very friendly and helpful.
Cons
Software is extremely robust and there is a lot to learn. Learning the software takes time. There seems to be an imbalance in the pay/opportunities between Departments. Information doesn't flow as fluently company wide. Often times when changes happen, one department may not know until it directly affects them negatively.
