Thank you for your review. We pride ourselves on cultivating a positive agency environment. This includes people-first benefits like competitive pay and a generous PTO plan. Part of our commitment also includes a comfortable 35-hour work week, which we strive to maintain. Things do ebb and flow in our business, so workload can pick up on occasion, but no one is expected to consistently work after hours.
