Pros
I am going to be completely honest here. I've went to college and well, this is the job I got. I started at the bottom as a warehouse associate and within 2 months I was promoted. Might be a lower percentage in terms of this happening, but it did. I am now a driver for MI. The pay is good, there IS in fact advancement. Anyone who says otherwise probably wouldn't be looked at for said opportunity anyway. Their opinion means nothing. The hours are NORMAL. Sometimes you are on call, but rarely do you actually have to do anything. If you have to, you get paid time and a half to do so. Time flies. Every day I never realize what time it is and before I know it, it's time to go home. There IS OT sometimes. Depending on what needs to be done. It WILL be paid. The people I work with happen to be lively and keep the day moving. MONTHLY AND ANNUAL BONUSES. If you as a branch hit your sales goals, you'll be rewarded!
Cons
The only con is sometimes it is stressful. But what job isn't? As a driver, I am face to face with all the customers. Sometimes the interactions are fine, sometimes not so much. Guess what? I go home and do it again the next day. I don't let it affect me. I guess that is the "con".
