Pros

the absolute best company to work with. The training is top notch if you actually paid attention and not only do they teach you how to make money they teach you how to run to be better at life. You get exactly what you put in at this company so If you want true entrepreneurship this is the company for you. If you want to learn how to run and scale a business--this is for you! If you just want to make money and have fun doing it with other like minded individuals then this company is for you! Management is awesome all the way from front desk to HR to the CEO!

Cons

get ready to push yourself, and have a team behind you push you to reach your full potential. If you are looking for a standard 9-5, this might not be the best position for you.

Pros

Akib (CEO) started at the bottom and made his way to where he is now by doing what he expects of others. Easy pay if you EARN it . Fun to work for.

Cons

If you look at it as your business there are no cons just opportunities for improvement.

Pros

It was fun at times Had good people Game nights ,would go out to eat and travel MJ is a genuinely nice guy and a good friend It’s not impossible to move up you can I just think it’s way more difficult than presented and I feel like they will try to keep you to make more money

Cons

Base vs Commission which means you at a minimum make 500 bucks but in order to make more than 500 bucks you have to make a commission of 500 so you can make anything over 500 You have to work 8AM- 8:30PM standing around trying to sell AT&T with each line you sell being around 70 bucks so you need to sell 8 lines to make 560 assuming they all activate within the week pay period not saying you can’t sell more and people don’t do it regularly but you basically have to pressure people into switching their current phone provider to AT&T Obviously not everyone needs new service everyday but if you don’t manage to pull off a sale they basically make you seem like you suck in front of everyone So your dealing with over 60 +hour work weeks , manipulative management (Akib),low pay compared to the work you do(I get if you sell good you make good money but your not always gonna have good weeks ) The list goes on but honestly just don’t do it Also if your a high producer and train a team to be good too they still won’t promote you because you make them more money (Ask how many outside promotions they personally have) Also super bad work life balance Their excuse is that you have to sacrifice that in order to have a life where you don’t have to worry about money and you will have to struggle early which I believe in personally just not there
