However, I have noticed a shift in our work dynamics since the arrival of Gen Z employees. While it's important to be supportive of everyone's needs, I sometimes feel that things are being overly spoon-fed due to the preferences of the Gen Z employees. It's essential to recognize that different generations have unique perspectives and preferences when it comes to learning and working styles. While the "I do, you do, I watch" method may have worked well for us as millennials, it's important to embrace diverse approaches and adapt to the changing dynamics of our workforce. Creating a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and learning from one another can be beneficial for both millennials and Gen Z employees. By fostering an inclusive culture that values different perspectives and learning styles, we can create a more enriching and supportive work environment for everyone.
