-poor managers who are often firing people who are preforming well for no reason
-poor product fit
Motive use to be a great place but the middle management has been awful and are more concerned about throwing teams under the bus to make themselves look good. I’d recommend going anywhere else as the turnover rate is high and quota is changed every single month. In addition, if you preform well all goals will be changed and you will be punished for going above and beyond. The company is looking to outsource sales to Pakistan and Mexico.
