Pros
I enjoyed the time I worked at Motivis. The company has a good vision and are building up a product that education, workplaces, and training institutions want. Motivis has many talented workers who know what they are doing and there is a spirit of collaboration. During my time there I could easily approach any member of leadership to give my opinion about what we are doing and if I had a new idea for the platform. They expect you to put in your work, but give you a more relaxed environment to do this.
