      People love you and a wonderful place to work Workers learn a lot, especially with agile methodology

      We could have better employment benefits, not that the ones we have are bad, but other companies offer better employment benefits

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
