Pros
Good quality people, comfortable infrastructure, relatively good communication, corporate giving program, benefits, culture, people are rewarded for doing the same thing for decades. This place will be great if you're an established professional & want to settle in for the long haul.
Cons
Very bad place to advance skills, bad prospect for raises, advancement options limited, because decades-long service members are entrenched in their positions, mixed bag of engineering capability, lack of proper technical knowledge management in some departments,, lack of structured training program.
