I feel pay is low for what we do, for job titles though we are ahead if that makes sense? I would have stayed longer but promotional opportunities were limited for me and I was ready to go make more money.

Cons
That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.
