Behind the PR smokescreen, there is a toxic culture here. The executives seem to be only interested in preserving their own power. They bully and abuse the staff below them. Our new President, Dr. Walker-Griffea has done nothing to improve the toxic culture. When she arrived at Mott she should have made a clean sweep of the executive board. Opportunity missed.
