      Pros

      Our manager is the most genuine guy who truly enjoys his work at the vineyard and cares about the wellbeing of all of his employees. He has cultivated a great teamwork environment and holds high standards while also giving grace. Customers here are lovely and it is an outside tasting "room" so you get to be outside all day.

      Cons

      Work weekends. On your feet all day.
