Lovely resort, lousy employer - Server/Bartender Mountain Shadows Employee Review

The whole operation is unprofessional, discourteous, unorganized and they are never on top of things. I gave my 2 weeks notice and got no reply. I had to ask my manager if he received it! Business is slow, tips are terrible and so they schedule you to work 10+ hour shifts to make up for the lack of tips in wages? They provide minimal training and support. Ownership and management say that they have an open door policy and they're accessible. Not so unless you know them personally or you've worked with them previously...
