First of, Jason and Kayla are very reasonable and amiable people, I have worked for several companies in the past and I never came across a company like this, they listen and are very understanding when it comes to their employee's needs. I am currently studying at UCF and they work around my schedule. Pay is great and they will definitely reward your hard work accordingly. No micromanagement at all and the hours are good.
