Pros
Coworkers can be all right.
Cons
- Zero paid time off.
- No paid holidays.
- Not paid to be on call.
- Hourly role but upper management has zero respect for time off the clock. Expect to be messaged, called, emailed at all hours, even after suggesting a conversation be continued while on the clock.
- Oftentimes upper management will not return communication, even if it is an emergency/time sensitive.
- Expected to continue to take on more work and responsibilities with no increase in compensation.
- No possibility for upward advancement.
- Expected to cover call center despite not being hired for call center role.
- No support from upper management in any way. If it can be passed off to someone else, it will be.
- Management is rarely in office and when they are, still unable to get anything done.
- Will often be told that “money is tight”
- Perks/Rewards will be mentioned but never come to fruition.
- Constantly monitored by office cameras. They do watch them, and read everything you message.
- “Negativity” is condoned, unless you’re management and then you spend all day criticizing former employees and/or sowing discontent between current employees.
