Great company - too much going on - Outside Sales Representative Movement Mortgage Employee Review

Great company - the foundation is there but too many people getting too involved and being allowed to bark orders. Like many other companies in this industry, too focused on kissing the butts of sales (I get it, they bring the profit) but so many people on supporting roles are not protected or respected. Benefits could be better Too many people involved, they try to provide sooo many “resources” but it’s too much. Need better training on a smaller scale - only trainings are open to 100+ people at a time.
