Progression is a joke, 10 years now and you only get promoted if u got ur nose is all the way up the managers backsides. Seen it myself. Consultants come and hire all the morons that brown nose them. Express your feelings and you ignored. Company's been in debt by millions for years. Low level employees are not important. Hard work and experience means nothing here... Trust me.
