Pros

I worked at moving for over two years, in several different roles. Movinga encouraged me to learn new skills and gave me the opportunity to progress in my career. Whilst I saw some ups at downs in my time there, Movinga now has a strong management team and, with recent investments, a clear goal for the next few years. The focus has shifted towards profitability and quality, with an emphasis on tech and a creating a seamless process for customers and partners.

Cons

Diversity - very few woman in tech. I think this will improve over the next few months, as some new hires were confirmed but hadn't started at the time I left. However, it should remain a focus for improvement Office space - feels a little neglected at the moment, however they have acquired a new office so obviously will not invest much more in the old one and plans sound very promising for the new office

You are right about not wanting to invest too much in the old office space, but in the new building we have really focused on creating a creative, working-friendly environment and a big social area where employees can take small breaks from work by practicing their ping pong skills. Diversity in our teams is a key thing for us and Movinga is incredibly passionate about increasing the numbers of women in Tech, this is a major focus of ours and we want to encourage women to work in the IT-field and grow the number of women within our own Tech teams.
