Pros

You meet a lot of good uplifting people with similar dreams

Cons

POLITICS!! If you don't act how they want you to act and make the sales they need then you are automatically not doing your job correctly and they pick on you until you've had enough. The job is NEVER ENDING. You go into the office from 7am ( but be super early or you'll be taken for a slacker) until about 9:30am giving you enough time to drive to Sams Club/Costco you are assigned to, 10 am - 7pm you are at the store selling ("marketing") products, afterwards you have to call your manager and explain how your day was and your production then you have to study on how to be better the next day. You also have daily breakfast and dinners to engage with other employees, exchange tips on how to be the best sales person, etc. they tell you within 6months-1yr you will be your own business owner but its not likely that that would happen. I busted my butt for that job and didn't get anywhere except them constantly telling me I needed to change who i was and make sales

Pros

I was fresh out of college when I started here at Moxie and was blown away by the opportunity I was given to advance into management within only a few months. Everyone that works at Moxie Marketing is extremely nice and tries to help out in anyway possible. This company has endless amount of opportunity and feels anyone with a great student mentality is an asset to the business. The president of the company is very understanding of a work-life balance and tries to ensure that the workload is not overwhelming. It was so refreshing to see a president of a company treat everyone as an equal and not create a sense of superiority. I loved every moment of my time at Moxie and would recommend the business to anyone who wants to learn a lot, advance and make lots of money! Good opportunity for a change of career, entry-level or the desire to make over $50,000 without years of trying to advance into higher management.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any negatives about the company. Moxie is definitely not meant for someone who wants to stay stuck in a position without growth or responsibility. The position does require the ability to pick up on ideals quickly and apply them into the everyday work life.
