      - right values - positive ethos - good benefits - remote working - flexibility

      Cons

      - hard to navigate - slow decision making - slowly building a better business leadership (from 2024) but historically quite old school and difficult leadership - micromanaging and lack of empowerment is tolerated and part of the culture

      Pros

      Great health insurance benefits. Literally you pay nothing per pay check. Also parental leave is 6 months which is rare in the US. Wellness days were nice too.

      Cons

      Lack of black people in and promoted to senior / management positions even though there are many qualified people to be there. Also management cannot make decisions. They are leaps and bounds behind the competition and many lack competence.
