Pros

It was fully remote, and I used all my time to upskill.

Cons

Got interviewed at Mozilor, got selected, and got put into an under-resourced team that had no guidance of any kind. No employee appreciation, was constantly left out of training and other events, and was completely separated from the rest of the team. Eventually got burnt out, had mental health problems, and decided to leave. That was my experience with Mozilor. The HR team here is really bad. Everything takes 2-3 business days for a reply, and half of the time they do not even know what they’re doing. Even after leaving, it took weeks for me to get everything I needed from them. It's not a great place to work. Work culture is not the best. Make sure you know what you're getting into before accepting the offer.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience during your association with us. While we always strive to provide exceptional experience to our team members, based on your comments, we do now understand that we were not able to meet certain expectations that you might have had from us. We have understood that for certain roles that require less interaction with the rest of the team, remote working needs to be optimized in different ways. We believe, we become better when we take timely actions. We have already taken steps towards making remote working experience better than it was before. We would be happy to explore more with you to understand and bridge any gaps that we may have overseen. Would it be possible for you to join on a call /1-1 discussion? Alternatively you may send an email to me with any further suggestions. This will definitely help us provide the best experience to anyone who would associate with us in the coming days

Pros

Can be useful for freshers to gain a bit of initial experience.

Cons

Not revealing specific details, team names, or incidents here because many employees already fear being identified and terminated for speaking openly. From the outside, the company may look fine, but the internal culture feels very different once you start working here. Too much micromanagement, constant pressure, and lack of proper support from leadership. A few months back, workshops were conducted about culture, employee well-being, and values. The funny part is that the actual work environment feels completely different from what was discussed there. Even during those sessions, many of us were internally laughing because it all felt more like a show rather than things actually followed inside the company. Some managers do not even seem to understand the work properly. A lot of them are simply micromanaging while employees are left to handle everything on their own. Very little guidance, no proper support, and no hands-on involvement when teams actually need help. People are scared to speak openly because there is no psychological safety at all. If leadership does not like something you say, things may slowly start changing against you over time. Salary packages are below industry standards, and annual hikes are extremely low compared to the workload and expectations. Only the managers who don’t have to do any actual work apart from micromanagement seem to get paid well. Layoffs have also been happening frequently and is more connected to poor management decisions and weak leadership than external market conditions.

Thank you for sharing this. We read every review carefully, including the ones that are hard to hear. The concerns around management support, psychological safety, and the gap between what we say about culture and how it's actually experienced - these are things we take seriously and are actively working on. Feedback like this is something we'd rather act on than dismiss. We'd like to clarify that we are not conducting layoffs. Performance management is a standard part of any organization, but that is distinctly different from layoffs, and we want to be clear on that. We won't be able to address specifics here. If there are unresolved concerns you'd like to raise directly, our People team is always reachable.

Pros

Competitive salary with some flexibility in negotiation Annual team outing Well-designed and comfortable office space

Cons

I regret joining this company—it turned out to be a poor decision for me. From the beginning, there was no support provided for relocation, no joining bonus, and very little structure in the onboarding process. Initially, I was reporting directly to the CEO, which I assumed would be a great opportunity. However, it became quite the opposite. There was constant monitoring and a lack of trust, which made the work environment stressful. Employees were expected to be available at all times, including weekends and holidays, with an implicit expectation to prioritize the product over personal life. While I was fully committed to delivering quality work during weekdays and maintained professionalism, it never seemed sufficient. There was little to no appreciation for contributions—only constant criticism, which often made employees feel undervalued and demotivated. Within a year, I was asked to resign, which was disheartening. However, after spending the last two years in an MNC, I’ve been able to validate my capabilities in a healthier work environment, proving that my skills and work ethic were never the issue. In my experience, the company lacked empathy in its management approach and is currently laying off employees, which further reflects its instability. Overall, it was a difficult and disappointing experience. The work culture felt male-dominated, and I observed behavior that was not always inclusive. Women who were comfortable adapting to this environment seemed to stay longer

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience at Mozilor did not meet your expectations. We genuinely value all feedback, as it helps us reflect and improve. While we cannot comment on individual experiences in detail, we would like to clarify a few points for context. Mozilor is committed to building an inclusive and supportive workplace, and we’re proud to have a diverse team, with a significant representation of women across the organization. We would also like to clarify that we are not currently undergoing layoffs, and historically, we have not followed a layoff-driven approach. Like any organization, performance management is part of maintaining a high standard of work, but it is handled thoughtfully and responsibly. We understand that experiences can vary, and we continuously work on improving our processes, communication, and employee experience. We’re glad to hear that you are doing well in your current role and wish you continued success in your career ahead.
