Pros
Great place to work. Serious people, great CEO and awesome CTO. A very friendly place for remote workers. The people running the company are very talented, committed and serious. Just to give an example, the salary payment is done in advance. Management is trust based, so there's a lot of flexibility.
Cons
Providers might be a troublesome but it is manageable. It is not a con by itself but in this company you might be willing to work hard, but it's totally worth it.
