      Mr. Handyman is a great place to work and thrive. My team supports our focus and believes in our success. A technicians scheduled is filled by a competent office/scheduling team. I'm very impressed by the Code of Values and dedication to creating an atmosphere for everyone to believe in winning as servants.

      Pros

      Amazing work life balance. Working by yourself, perfect for the divergent people. Company van with gas paid for starting day 1 that you get to take home daily. Penny (owner) is amazing and the best boss.

      Cons

      Small company so health insurance is very pricy (125.00 per paycheck).

      Pros

      Boss fights to have solid employees, no poisonous attitudes, great pay and benefits, office staff is supportive and very good at what they do.

      Cons

      The only major one is that this is a “road life” job. It’s not for everyone, but it’s what I’ve done for nearly two decades so I am used to it.
