Pros

Working with clientele was fun, technicians were pleasant.

Cons

Owner is hateful and negative, talks down to employees. Constant arguing between owners and management over proper process and procedures. Inconsistent employee expectations in attendance and production - blatant favoritism. Conflicting directives that create chaos and inefficiency. Not a 40 hrs as promised and no benefits.

Pros

Amazing work life balance. Working by yourself, perfect for the divergent people. Company van with gas paid for starting day 1 that you get to take home daily. Penny (owner) is amazing and the best boss.

Cons

Small company so health insurance is very pricy (125.00 per paycheck).

Pros

Boss fights to have solid employees, no poisonous attitudes, great pay and benefits, office staff is supportive and very good at what they do.

Cons

The only major one is that this is a “road life” job. It’s not for everyone, but it’s what I’ve done for nearly two decades so I am used to it.
