the previous review of April 2019 was spot on! what little training there was was severely lacking and you are thrown on the phones with high expectations but have NO idea what you are doing which makes each phone call beyond difficult! differing opinions are rampant between employees and one girl threw me under the bus and LIED about what she had directed me to do on a call in front of everybody and I then had to listen to a 15 minute discussion about how perceptions can differ. I turned down 3 other job offers to take this one and am very sorry that I did. please read the reviews before taking any position, thank you Glassdoor! There are NO benefits at all, despite what the ad and website states.
