Pros
I've worked here for 6 years and it just keeps getting better. I've watched this small franchise expand over the years and continue to hire high-quality technicians, who are a pleasure to work with. The owners here truly care about their employees and treat them like family - always going out of their way to make everyone feel truly appreciated and an important contribution to the business. Semi-weekly staff meetings give us all an opportunity to gather together for sharing our thoughts, aspects for improvement, tips, and just enjoying a little social time together. Our employers also know that family comes first, and are always flexible about personal time, sick children, vacation, etc. We truly want everybody here to succeed and we all work together to make sure everyone has the tools (both literal and metaphorical) for that. It's a pleasure to come in each day and work with this fun group.
Cons
Because it is such a small business (each franchise is individually owned and operated), each employee has a huge impact on everyone else. If someone isn't pulling their weight, it affects the entire team, so it's important to get a good fit.
