Cons
I was expected to be contactable 24/7, 7 days a week (this could even happen at 23h00) and during leave. There is no over-time or compensation for this and if you do not meet this standard, management implies that you lack "work ethic" and in turn, get mistreated and abused. The culture is extremely manipulative and childish, with constant gossiping (often very horrible lies that tarnish employees reputationally) and very clear racial divide, socially, within head office. Nepotism, forced to into signing things under duress, misuse of company resources, exploitation of the term "high-pressure work environment" where factually it is simply an excuse to push employees beyond eversion without any regard for burn out or mental health (you appear as "weak" or "lazy" for needing to rest outside of working hours, holidays or leave days) and according to hierarchy of favoritism office hours apply to some members of the team and others can report in for an hour, twice weekly and leave. There is so much wrong with that place, its unhealthy and a sick, twisted workplace that has led many outside of myself to seek immediate mental health intervention.
