Pros
From my experience, work life balance is not bad. It’s a good company, nice people overall. There’s growth. Half day fridays for the last Friday of the month. You’re given shares once you’ve been there for a couple years.
Cons
From my experience, lack of investment in IT, lack of learning, not much overall technical leadership or vision. Lack of standards and procedures so not an agile environment. No overtime pay.
