Pros
No fair policies. Policies keeps getting changed as and when needed for the companies betterment not for employee betterment. Can't even compare it with life of convict. in current situation where work from home is offered people are getting termination offered
Cons
Employee even if gives his or her 100% they are not at all happy. Salaries are cut down. all the management people are wearing mask on eyes as they can't see the situation. entire world is suffering not only this company. Companies are getting advance salaries and here salaries are only getting cut down . Work from home is given just for sake there is no trust.
