Bad Management - Shop Hand Mud Buddy Employee Review

Half the shop is Latino and gets away with chatting and not working for hours every day as well as horseplaying and messing around with other employees. Management is afraid to step up to them for fear of being called racist. If you're white, expect to be checked on, micromanaged, and given punishment. No room for growth, raises are not based on productivity but are based on how well the company does. If you over achieve you will not be compensated.
