Great small firm experience with interesting case work and clients. You get exposed and stuck in and are treated like a valued member of the firm.

As a small firm it's quite intimate - as a result sometimes meetings can go overlong. You don't notice because the people are great but then, you realize you could have used some of the time for work. Still, the work life balance is real and it is a focus of the firm.
