Poor top leadership. Inconsistent policy enforcement. Inconsistent manufacturing quality and lead times. Most employees are overworked with too many responsibilities. Too many working hours for salaried employees are required to satisfy management’s goals because they won’t invest in more people. Top manager says people are important but doesn’t really show to believe that in actions. So many talented sales people have come and gone due to poor sales management that much of the USA is no longer able to be serviced properly. Within AssaAbloy the politics are awful and MTL is treated like they have no genuine purpose to exist. After my many years of working at this company I feel lucky to have left knowing I can handle almost anything thrown at me. Others may want to avoid the drama.
