Not a stressful place to work, very laid back, most of the employees there are genuinely good people
Cons
Very cheap, they dont pay, Mark the owner isnt passionate about the business nor do they appreciate and value top producers, if your a big hitter not a place for you, if you are a weak stick you will fit right in with the rest of management
