      -good pay for the job -drive some cool cars occasionally -shuttle people to and from the dealership -satisfaction of delivering a new car to somebody

      Cons

      hours were not ideal- noon-9 (but you don't get off till around 10) -had to work saturdays

      Nonchalant atmosphere. The people are generally nice.

      Cons

      Archaic pay structure, not a lot of business in general. "Only started making decent money after 3 years"- Top Sales Associate. Sorry, I don't have 3 years to wait around for a liveable wage.
