      Pros

      Flexible Pay is good! Love lead techs - they are so helpful and always available! Cross training is offered / encouraged. (I learned abdomen here and I love it!) Schedule done month in advance. Reimbursement for parking and tolls They really aim to keep their techs happy! As a tech, you feel appreciated. Coworkers are friendly! Very professional and organized. Paid time off.

      Cons

      Occasional last minute schedule changes because a fellow tech is sick or has an emergency. (I wouldn't really consider this a con.)

      Friendly staff, onsite training, Simple protocols that can be done in the given time, busy offices, great relocation package (relocated from FL, to Brooklyn)

      I can not think of one.

      Pros

      If you don't know abdomen, you definitely will after training, but the stress inst worth it.

      Cons

      The will ask you to leave your current job to train with them full time, they will have many others doing the same and at the end will only hire 1-2 people out of 4-6 people, the rest they will let go without caring. And if you had a full time job prior they will not care. If you have a job, and you are comfortable in it, please do not leave it for MMI. Trust me and if you do get hired, the protocol and the paperwork is not worth it. There is so much stress, its unbelievable. They need to realize they are as replaceable as "we" are.
