Pros
A good company to start with as stepping stone that will let you grow on your own as you stay, discovering inner talents and techniques for client talks and meetings. Giving lots of opportunity and will let you explore new things, client support. A yearly christmas party gathering and some get together parties. Collaboration with U.S. managers.
Cons
There are trainings given by the manager but not a professional training that will make you certified. The freedom in the company makes employee abuse it that you can play around games as much as you want even there are clients or even the bosses are in the office or even sleep in the office especially during night shifts. Some employees abusing that freedom for working from home rather than in office and making some excuses or family excuses just to be able to work from home which is unfair for others who go to office daily fighting the traffics while they are just at home, sitting on their balls and eating popcorns watching television. There are shifting schedules but no night differential for working at night. Politics occur in the company. The company won't care for their employees because their belief is that if you leave the company you're easy to be replaced as long as they earn profit from their clients. The increase given will just be added into allowances so it won't be taxed in the company. Teambuildings occur but once in a blue moon and not shouldered by the company and will make you contribute for the expense. So many good employees already left for they don't see improvements in the company, favoring only the higher level positions in the company and removing mandatory benefits. There are also Ghost employees' name in the record that were used for personal/car bank loans. Not balance in work and life.
