The supervisor is just as clueless. How can you train or give advice on a position you don’t know about. Also cases have to be asked to be removed like 20 times before this same supervisor removes it. She seems all over the place. Ive seen completed documents get deleted to where I actually started keeping screenshots. The families are not properly screened due to the fact they’re being given services not requested by the which is a waste of time.
