      Salary is fair and benefits are comparable to other manufacturing companies in the area

      Cons

      New management is cold and gives a feeling of being fake, losing money fast and cutting staff to make up for it. Very cold and impersonable, also no job stability. Was once a thriving, friendly company.

      Pros

      Since I have joined, I have had the opportunity to train and develop. For the first time I have an opportunity to learn new things and earn more money. This is a company that actually cares about it's employees and is constantly trying to make things better.

      Not enough food choices in the break room.
