Pros

- WFH opportunities - Good compensation and health insurance package - Beautiful, open, and comfortable KC office

Cons

This firm loves to market itself as diverse, inclusive, and progressive, but that couldn’t be further from the reality. If you're a person of color or come from a different background, be prepared to be treated differently—and not in a good way. There’s constant micromanagement, zero trust, and the work environment kills creativity. A lot of POC employees have already left, and many more are planning to. It’s a pattern. Some of the so-called “leaders” are subtly racist, passive-aggressive, and uptight. Everything revolves around money. They monitor every second of your time like you’re a robot and expect you to figure out all their unspoken rules and office politics without any actual support. They preach work-life balance, but don’t practice it. It's just corporate fluff. The place is full of egos, close-minded and toxic people who think they know everything, yet the work is boring, the designs are mediocre, and there’s no room for new ideas. If you care about creativity, respect, and actual inclusion, look elsewhere.
