• PH management is supportive and professional. • Hybrid set-up | Work-life balance. • Free snacks/meals or beer on Friday.

Cons

• Everything and everyone in PH is great—except when dealing with a direct onshore leader whose mood dictates the day. As her agents, we often hesitate to share our thoughts or suggestions because past attempts to speak up have left us feeling invalidated and micromanaged. • Most of the time, our work continues even during refresher sessions or training. This means that while we’re assisting clients via chat, our leader simultaneously conducts training sessions over MS Teams, expecting us to juggle both tasks and still fully grasp the content. On one occasion, she became upset when, despite her explanations, we could only answer a few of her assessment questions. • Inconsistent advice which led us to confusion. • We’ve done our best to understand and adapt to our leader’s approach over the past few months, but it’s clear that prioritizing our mental health is now essential.
