      Multivac is not bad organization to work for. The benefits are competitive. The organization allows for their employee's to have a good work / life balance.

      Pros

      Fair pay, good benefits, generally good culture. Never worried about a lay off or getting fired.

      Cons

      There can definitely be some downsides to that lack of firing. There’s definitely some people that are not great at their job, which can get frustrating.
