      Pros

      I was placed in a nice project, integrated in with the majority of members coming from Multivision.

      Cons

      I didn't have the chance to feel that there are performance evaluations and salary revisions. There are no career plans.

      Pros

      Multivision is as transparent a company can get. I interacted more with their CFO and HR than the other leadership teams. They were also straight and transparent.

      Cons

      the pay is relatively less compared to others in the markets or the industry, but this is ok considering the perks they offer.
