Okay benefits, nice office. C-level execs after many turnovers are finally the people that makes reasonable decisions.
Cons
Middle management lots of politics play. All talk, acts like chickens with their heads cut off. Takes all the credits, and makes the team look incompetent while boosting their own ego. They just want workhorses that don’t question them. Get out while you can, no growth potential.
